Our system of justice consists of a jury trial of your peers. The jury system of justice is not a perfect system, but it is the best system in the world. The jury trial is an adversarial process where opposing parties put on their evidence in front of a jury. No two cases are the same, and no two juries are the same. The jury will decide the facts based on the evidence of your case and come to a verdict on those facts. The jury is there to decide your case and to award you compensation for your loss.

In an automobile accident, your loss may consist of pain and suffering in the past, pain and suffering in the future, past medical expenses, future medical expenses, loss of capacity to earn wages both in the past and in the future, and in some instances loss of familial relations. In a wrongful death claim your loss may consist of pain and suffering to the surviving family members, loss of companionship, loss of parental relations, loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses.  In an insurance dispute a person is seeking recovery for a loss under a policy of insurance.

A jury verdict may not necessarily reflect the exact amount of compensation being sought, and many times the jury verdict will be either more or less than what is being sought depending on the evidence presented at trial. You can be assured that I will be there with you during every phase of the jury trial to seek the compensation that will make you whole.
