Florida Minimum Automobile Insurance Requirements

Please take time to review your automobile policy.  In Florida you are only required to have $10,000 in property damage liability.  This does not mean you have bodily injury coverage. If you do not have bodily injury coverage and injure someone due to an accident.  You may be personally responsible for the damages.

Remember Underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage covers you in case the at-fault driver does not have any bodily injury coverage, or does not have enough bodily injury coverage to cover a loss.
